Hector Meza is the Chief Financial Officer at The Automotive Partners. Throughout his esteemed career, he has been a CFO consultant for both domestic and international companies that specialize in various retail products and services, including technology firms offering Software-as-a-Service, e-Commerce, Data Science, Marketing and Media operations.  He has provided high level strategic consulting for companies such as Adidas, Pepsi, Under Armour, Fujifilm, and Intel.  His expertise includes financial modeling, debt and equity investment analysis, strategic funding and capital planning, acquisition and sale consulting, operational consulting, and marketing and brand strategy.

Meza holds a BA from Cornell University and attended the Columbia Business School Global EMBA program with London Business School and Hong Kong University Business School.  He is multilingual and able to conduct business in English, Spanish, French, and Swedish.  He regularly lends his time advising organizations involved in environmental sustainability, cancer patient recovery services, and various indigenous rights projects for companies in Mexico.

The automotive vertical is my passion. My ongoing mission has been the creation of disruptive solutions that utilize the way vehicles are bought, sold, and remarketed. The implementation of lifecycle tools that create efficiency for the consumer, retailer, and wholesale markets are my expertise. I love a challenge that stretches our industries current way of doing business that results in a better engagement.

Currently, I am taking the expertise garnered over the last two decades and applying that knowledge base to The Automotive Partners platform. I’ve held senior roles in several public companies, investment as well as oversight in dealership groups, and the strategist behind several best in class technology solutions for automotive.

Bryan Berman
Board Member

Bryan Berman was a strategic partner for the company for nearly a decade.  In addition to his leadership position at TAP, Berman is also the President of The Automotive Marketing Group (AMG), a marketing company offering disruptive digital marketing tools for large enterprise auto dealers.   Berman has over 18 years as a multi-state franchise car, boat, and atv dealer and is a serial entrepreneur.  He founded the Berman Investments organization in 2008, which provides management, consulting, and capital to businesses looking to expand via merger, acquisition, and organic growth opportunities.

Berman is a graduate of John Brown University and the Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur and successful dealer, Berman began his legal career at the prestigious international law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & Macrae, LLP. He serves on several corporate and organizational Boards and continues to work in the areas of mergers and acquisitions.

Berman has been a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) since 2007. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Tulsa Chapter of YPO since 2013, the YPO Western Regional Board since 2014, and works extensively with the organization internationally. He has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1999, and a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas since 2000.

Jeff Cox is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at RadiusAI, as well as Founder and CEO of Primary Key Consulting. In his career, he has helped build products for American Express, Apple, McKesson, PayPal, and PG&E. Jeff managed data and business intelligence teams at Wells Fargo.

Jeff was a contributor to three O’Reilly books regarding database technology and a former instructor on Oracle database and data modeling classes.

Ryan Larkin

Ryan was a second generation owner of Solid Comfort who manufactured hospitality casegoods for Marriott, Hilton, Choice Hotels, Best Western, and many other franchises across the United States. Ryan’s role within Solid Comfort was running the operations for the company which included all equipment purchasing, lean manufacturing processes, software design & development, and continuous improvement. Ryan was born and raised in Fargo, ND who graduated with a degree in BioMedical Engineering from North Dakota State University. Over the course of Ryan’s career in Fargo, ND he created, owned, and sold various companies from digital billboards, walk-in health clinics, flatbed printing, and a custom motorcycle shop. He currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ where he participates in private investing for startups and hard money lending. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and friends, traveling, riding motorcycle, working out, and paying it forward.

Dan Moore

Dan Moore is the Present of VistaDash. His wide array of experience in marketing and leadership has given him a unique perspective on automotive and brand marketing. Being a big idea thinker and strategist, with boots-on-the ground experience at the dealership has given him a great reputation in the automotive industry.

Originally from the Sacramento area, Moore previously served as Sr. Director of Marketing for VinSolutions, before that as CEO at Smart Web Concepts, and have also served in a variety of management positions within automotive.

Moore is no stranger to automotive marketing technology leadership roles. Dan most recently led the national brand marketing efforts for VinSolutions, a Cox Automotive company. George Lamelza

George Lamelza is universally known as an innovative entrepreneur who since 1995 has successfully grown brands with a focus on the convergence of technology and marketing.

In 1997 he was the co-founder of top 20 web hosting giant Anet and after the successful growth in the 90’s merged in 2000 with Team Media. He assumed the top post of Chief Executive Officer and continued to oversee the company’s growth and successful acquisition in 2007.

Lamelza is a founding member and President of Incend Limited Liability Company whose holdings include entities engaged in the industries of advertising, marketing, automotive, venture capital, technology and consulting services.

He is also a founding member of the Orlando Sports Foundation, Inc and the AutoNation CureBowl and serves as a board member providing expertise for technology and marketing strategy.

A member of the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts, Lamelza has been recognized by the Business Journal as one of Missouri’s top professionals. In 2013 he received the MCCA Technology Innovation Award for web design in Higher Education and the 2017 Medallion award from NCMPR. He is a frequent judge in various media venues including the Davey Awards, The Communicator Awards, and the Miss America pageants.
